1.4.1.8 Viewing Abuse Report and Complaints

DooxMail list the Abuse Complaints and Reports sent by subscribers.

To view any Abuse Complaints or Reports from subscribers, follow the steps provided below:

On the left side menu click Campaigns > Abuse Complaints/Abuse Reports
Click Toggle the columns to toggle the columns based on campaign subscriber etc.
Click Refresh to refresh the list of Abuse Complaints/Abuse Reports.
