3.1.3 Adding Subscriber Custom Fields
When you create a new subscriber the added Custom Fields will appear, which are now a part of the list. By default there are some custom fields which are already added. You can add more fields from the provided list. All the custom fields can be used for various purposes for example;
Add Text Field can be used can be used to add subscribers age, or company Name. For subscriber to write longer text, Text Area Field can be used. For geographical data like city or country Add Country, Add State fields can be used. The geolocation field will detect the location based in your IP address like Add geoCountry, Add geostate, and Add geocity.
If you subscriber are purchasers come from various industries and you would like to know how many come from which industry, this question can be asked in various formats like dropdown, checkbox, radiolist, multiselect.
To add custom fields for subscribers follow the steps provided below:

On the left side menu click
> Lists -
Click on the Unique ID, Name or Display Name > Overview
OR
Click on gear
icon > Overview -
Click on Custom fields

Select one of the Custom Fields for example; Dropdown Options

Enter the information for New Dropdown Field information

Add the Dropdown Options and click on Save Changes

To verify, click on Subscribers, the new custom fields will appear.
Whenever you use the import feature to import a contact list and that spread sheet or .CSV list has more fields than you have set up in DooxMail, for example a person’s phone number which is not present as a custom field, it will automatically create those custom fields and add to your list.
