Starting an Inbox Test
To start an inbox test, follow the steps provided below:
1. On the left side menu click the Inbox Tests > Lists All > Start Inbox Test button
OR
On the left side menu click Inbox Tests > Add New
2. Enter the Inbox Test Name, select the email service provider name and click Next Step
The Start Email Test Spam page is displayed.
3. To start sending your email from for example; Gmail, do the following:
a. Open your email account (for example; Gmail, Outlook etc)
b. Go back to your DooxMail Tools page,
i. Copy the string (Test ID) and save it.
Add this string anywhere in the Inbox Test that you will be sending from
your Gmail account.
ii. Choose and enter a separator for example”;” or “,” for the list of email
addresses(Seed List)
iii. Copy the Seed List or Download Seed List and add the list to your Gmail Test
Email and Send.
iv. Click Submit.
Once the email spam test is submitted it will be displayed on the Inbox Test page.
4. To view the detailed report click on the created Inbox Test
A detailed view of the Inbox Test is displayed.
